You'll work with a collaborative, supportive team while learning in a fast-paced environment that includes services like pain treatments, ENT, Ortho, Endoscopy, Scopes, Cataracts, and Pre-Admission Testing (PATT).

What You'll Do

  • Care for patients across the surgical journey – from pre-op through post-anesthesia recovery
  • Support procedures in the OR, Endo suites, and specialty areas
  • Assist with pre-admission testing, patient education, and post-op follow-up
  • Manage pain treatments and recovery for diverse surgical cases
  • Practice within Phase I-III recovery, closely monitoring patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with a strong team of providers and support staff
  • Maintain best practices in sterile technique and equipment prep

Hours/Schedule

As Needed - Flexible

Day shifts (usually ranging 7a to 4:30 pm)

No nights, holidays or weekends

No Call

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of a program in professional nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Iowa.
  • Previous and varied nursing experience preferred
